Services

Start with one valuable workflow.

A focused audit can become a paid pilot. A proven pilot can become the platform.

01

Workflow & product audit

Deliverables

A process map, automation opportunities, proposed architecture, delivery roadmap and explicit risk notes.

Best fit: You need clarity before committing to a build.

To start: Current workflow, constraints and a representative example.

Not included: Production implementation and an open-ended discovery phase.

Paid product pilot

Deliverables

One high-value workflow delivered as a bounded, testable product with deployment and handoff documentation.

Best fit: You want to test one useful end-to-end workflow.

To start: Target user, acceptance criteria and integration access.

Not included: An unlimited feature backlog or guaranteed market adoption.

Choose a direction

Start from the problem.

Before we start.

What is the best way to start?

Describe one recurring task, who does it and what a useful improvement would look like. If the scope is unclear, an audit is the smallest starting point.

Are the displayed prices fixed quotes?

They are starting points, not a quote for every project. Deliverables, exclusions, milestones and payment terms are agreed before work begins.

What happens to source code and handoff?

Repository access, usage rights, deployment ownership and handoff materials should be written into the engagement scope. The portfolio does not replace an agreement.

Is ongoing support included?

Support, response expectations and future changes are scoped separately. They should not be assumed to be unlimited or included indefinitely.

Can I inspect the projects before contacting you?

Each case includes product surfaces, engineering decisions, scope and a link to the public preview. Authenticated workflows can be discussed in a guided demonstration; pre-launch status is shown explicitly.

Ownership

Independent by design.
Accountable end to end.

I am Arsen Sarkisyan. I designed and built the products in this portfolio myself — product architecture, UX, frontend, backend, data workflows, integrations, deployment and operating procedures.

Delivery sequence

  1. 01Discover

Map the workflow, constraints, users and economic value.

  2. 02Define

Set boundaries, architecture, evidence and release gates.

  3. 03Build

Deliver the product surface and the operating system behind it.

  4. 04Harden

Test failure modes, security, performance and recovery.

  5. 05Handoff

Document ownership, release, support and next decisions.
